The data is collated and assessed to determine what it means, and the implications for future practice to ensure the kiwi population in the Coromandel thrives. As fans of great coffee, we were excited to help build a “pop-up” Café / Showroom for Aria Bay – a special boutique lifestyle retirement community development in Browns Bay, Auckland. Our client fitted the portable building out as a showroom, sales office and cafe, complete with a sunny deck and seating – and also made it open to the public. Supplied as a 12m x 3m unit with three windows and three bi-fold doors, it was a very heavy portable building – but we were proud to deliver and install it safely earlier this year.

Just days before the COVID-19 lockdown, we were approached and asked if we could help supply additional consulting rooms to a doctors surgery for urgent COVID-19 testing. As we’re aways keen to Do Good for our community, we contacted our suppliers and made arrangements for the urgent delivery of materials so we could construct and deliver our portable buildings for hire as testing stations to them at 7.30am on 23 March 2020, just before New Zealand went into full lockdown. The doctors were extremely grateful that we could supply them with two sparkling-clean brand new 6m x 3m offices with…

We’re really proud of Jake and Tom from the Just Sheds team… who went for “a bit of a swim” and swam from Motiti Island to Papamoa! In straight line that’s just over 9kms, but we think by the time they zig-zagged around the current it would have been closer to a 12km swim. Great stuff boys – just like your SLSNZ support crew and the team at Just Sheds – you’re always going the extra mile!

Our annual NZIOB Golf Day really was tee-rific “Olympic-sized” fun… even though we didn’t put on an Olympic performance. While it was a very hot day, we’re not blaming the heat for our scorecard… we had some hot competition on the course who deserved to beat us, but we did score some wine as our booby prize. Hopefully our fishing skills won’t be on a par with our golfing skills in the upcoming fishing competition…!

When you’re superstars like Queen and Adam Lambert… the show must go on! So we were proud to have set up the whole site for The Rhapsody Tour in only half a day – with all stage crew and site staff using our Just Sheds portable buildings for health & safety, crew mess rooms, lunchrooms, offices, changing rooms and communications. Queen and Adam Lambert rocked the stage, and we loved every minute of it!

Even though he was struck with pneumonia, the Just Sheds team were star-struck by Elton John’s performance at his “Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour”. Ever the professional showman, Elton kept on singing his heart out, even though he couldn’t talk! And while we all got the chance to sit at his piano… it was probably best that we didn’t finish off singing “Daniel” for him… or we’d have been leaving that night on a plane… with encouragement from the crowd! Elton even got changed in one of our 6 x 3 portable buildings, so next time you hire one it…

Our team loved the opportunity to be a part of the setup for one of the world’s most successful rock bands. Over three days we helped to transform Mt Smart Stadium from a rugby field into a U2 concert extravaganza!

In just two days the Just Sheds team transformed this Gisborne paddock into a hub of activity… the base for a large roading project that will become home to hundreds of workers over the next two years. We supplied a number of portable buildings to cater to the worker’s needs.
